1) This guarantee is limited to the development of any serious, life threatening, congenital or hereditary defects within one year, and is limited to the replacement of the pup, of same color/gender, with the next available litter. Written notification submitted directly to me from your veterinarian is required. Parracino’s Labs & Mini Dachshunds, reserves the right to have the pup returned for examination through our veterinarian.
2) In reference to hip/elbow dysplasia, this guarantee will be considered void, if your pup is determined to be overweight for his/her age.
3) Parracino’s Labs & Miniature Dachshunds, is not responsible for any vet bills incurred in the determination of any possible congenital or hereditary defects.
4) This guarantee applies to the original owner of the pup and ownership is non-transferable.
5) The puppy must be in good physical condition and not be more than one year of age.
6) No replacement will be given if the male/female has been bred, spayed, neutered, (Full Registrations), or registration application form has expired.
7) Owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from the breeder.
8) Failure to comply with the terms of the sales contract, will void this guarantee!
I, the breeder of Parracino’s Labs & Miniature Dachshunds, agree to provide the following documents with the purchase of a pup/dog:
1. Copies of the Breeder Guarantee, Deposit & Sales Contract and Sales Receipt
2. Veterinarian Health Certificate, Shot and Worming Record
3. Copies of both parents papers: Clearances, Pedigree & and Titles if available.
4. Form on Hip Dysplasia
5. Grooming Your Labrador / Dachshund.
6. AKC Litter Registration Application - Limited will be sent upon confirmation of spay/neuter.
